Diamond Communications LLC (“Diamond”) is a preeminent private wireless infrastructure company headquartered in Springfield, NJ. We are actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate should possess some accounting knowledge and good interpersonal skills with a desire to be part of a growing team. The successful candidate will assist in streamlining some current processes. This position will focus on organizing, processing, and managing indirect taxes inclusive of sales/use tax, personal property tax, and real estate tax. The analyst role will include accounting functions such as monthly financial processes, landlord payments, posting tenant invoices, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the accounting and tax departments.
• Prepare journal entries and accruals to ensure precise financial reporting.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile general ledger accounts, including preparation of necessary adjustments.
• Oversee general ledger account reconciliations.
• Assist in the monthly closing process by ensuring journal entries are posted and reconciled in accordance with the month-end close schedule.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements with general ledger cash accounts.
• Maintain tax records and prepare tax bills, payments, and reports.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax obligations.
• Liaise with third-party tax compliance firms and registered agents.
• Generate timely payments to landlords and respond to related inquiries.
• Post monthly tenant and recurring invoices.
• Contribute to finance group projects as they arise

Requirements

Desired Skills :

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in finance, accounting, or economics is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) would be beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• A collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.

Location:

• Diamond’s office is in Springfield, NJ, approximately 17 miles west of New York City. The office is conveniently located close to I-78 and NJ-24.
