Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Salary: $45K - $65K

Description:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support their daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, with preferably 1+ years within a construction company with a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth functioning of a growing business.

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
• Support project teams with documentation, tracking, and data entry
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Handle incoming calls, mail, and other communications
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in a construction company or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
