Required Skills and Experience *
High school diploma
Assembly background - Preference is Cabinetry /wood working or sheet metal assembly, but open to any industry
Ability to read and interpret moderately complex engineering drawings
Proficient with hand tools, pneumatic tools, power tools and have the ability to manufacture parts to tight tolerances with cutting tools such as Tables saws, bandsaws, routers, grinder, sanders.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to read precision measuring instruments
Can work OT

Job Description *
Insight Global is hiring an entry level composite technician in Largo, FL to assist in the Fabrication and Assembly of composite parts and structures through a variety of methods. This includes sanding, shaping, and drilling, of various materials such as, wood, foam, laminates, carbon fiber, fiberglass, plastics, fillers and adhesives. Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, use precision measuring instruments, and follow written and verbal work instructions.
Standard production hours
6am – 2:30pm Mon-Fri.
Must be willing to work OT after a few months of training. 10hr days 4x of the week , may include Saturdays.
