Title: Business Analyst (Non-IT)

Location: Peoria, IL

Details: 24-month contract with ongoing need, opportunity for direct hire, first shift 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: $29.00 – 33.00/hr. with benefit inclusions

Job Summary

Collaborate with Dealers and Fleet Management staff to audit the financial status of maintenance and repair contract commitments. Audit involves organizing complex data sets, investigating information gaps, and confirming compliance to signed contract commitments. Track and manage projected gains or losses of contract portfolio. Maintain complex audit tracking spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Dealers and Fleet Management staff to audit the financial status of maintenance and repair contract commitments.
• Organize complex data sets, investigate information gaps, and confirm compliance to signed contract commitments.
• Track and manage projected gains or losses of the contract portfolio.
• Maintain complex audit tracking spreadsheets.

Years of Experience and Education

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Associate's Degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Internships not counted toward years of experience for this position

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) – primarily Excel.
• Experience with repair and service principles of heavy equipment, automotive, industrial processes, etc. (desired).
• Prior audit or data analysis experience (desired).
• Self-motivated – process outputs of role are a mixture of tasks that need to be provided to business partners.
• Time management and highly organized to manage multiple audit projects simultaneously.
• Accuracy and attention to detail due to the role being responsible for determining the financial status of contract commitments.
• Willingness to collaborate with coworkers on tasks outside of normal scope.
