Civil Engineer – Site Development (Oil, Gas & Solar)
Able to sit in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Plymouth Meeting, PA, Bethlehem, PA, Mechanicsburg, PA, Columbus, OH, or Cleveland, OH.
You must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer who’s ready to take on diverse site development projects across the oil, gas, and solar industries . If you have strong experience in site grading, permitting, and environmental assessments , this role could be a great fit!
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead site investigations, permitting evaluations, and environmental condition assessments
✅ Design and develop site layouts, grading plans, and civil engineering solutions in AutoCAD
✅ Perform quantity calculations and prepare specifications & contract documents
✅ Work with state/local agencies and community boards for project planning
✅ Provide technical expertise on mid-size projects (project management experience is a plus!)
✅ Supervise and mentor a small team when needed
What You Bring:
✔️ B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field)
✔️ 5+ years of civil engineering experience (preferably in oil, gas, or solar projects )
✔️ Hands-on experience with permitting processes (e.g., ESCGP-3s, GPs, JPAs, PAG-2s, HOPs) in PA, WV, OH, and NY
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, TR-55/HydroCAD, StormCAD, GIS & other design tools
✔️ EIT certification required
✔️ Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
