We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst / BI Engineer to transform data into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Excel . Perform data analysis and visualization to generate insights. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Optimize ETL processes for data integration. Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes. Prepare documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data modeling and ETL processes. Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred): Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning. Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards. Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (SAS, SPSS). Salary Range: $120,000 to $180,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
