What you will be doing

• Elevate Guide Performance: Deliver personalized, high-impact coaching to your Alpha Guide team, providing actionable feedback that directly enhances student outcomes and achievement metrics.
• Architect Excellence: Create comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices, innovative facilitation techniques, and strategic approaches to learning design that maximize student engagement and overcome common challenges.
• Transform Young Lives: Personally mentor a select cohort of students, applying your specialized expertise to convert even reluctant learners into academic and athletic powerhouses.

What you will NOT be doing

• Curriculum Development: Your mission transcends basic lesson planning. While Guides facilitate daily learning through adaptive technology, you'll be engineering superior facilitation methods, designing enrichment opportunities, and injecting energy and purpose into every learning interaction.
• Compromising Excellence: When our benchmark is 100% mastery, 99% isn't sufficient. You'll maintain unwavering standards while creating pathways for exceptional achievement—whether that means helping a 6th grader access college-level coursework or ensuring every student meets our rigorous benchmarks.
• Conventional Training: Forget monotonous professional development sessions. Your coaching approach will exemplify the dynamic energy, enthusiasm, and expert facilitation techniques you expect from your Guide team.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and lead a high-performing team of Guides to implement the Sports Academy methodology with uncompromising excellence, ensuring world-class outcomes in both athletic and academic domains.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
• Proven track record of elevating professional teams to exceptional performance levels through mentorship and development
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging analytics and performance metrics to drive decision-making and improvement
• Established history of meaningful engagement with youth (ages 5-18), with demonstrable impact on their development and achievement
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Commitment to working on-site at our Austin, Texas campus
