Salary information

$40,000.00 Base Salary + 50% New Bonus Commission (total of $60,000.00 - $70,000.00)

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up support as needed.
• Conduct personalized consultations to help clients understand their insurance options based on their unique needs.
• Generate leads, set appointments, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.

• Passion for promoting products and services tailored to customer needs
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-driven mindset
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Insurance is license is a plus bit not mandatory
