Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Range: $28-$32 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems, using testing devices
• Install conduit, wiring, electrical panels, lighting, outlets, and switches
• Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety
• Work with various hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to electrical work
• Adhere to all company safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete projects on time
• Provide guidance and support to apprentices when necessary

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with local and national electrical codes
• Excellent attention to detail and quality of work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform the duties required, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, kneeling, and working in confined spaces
