Job Description Our Facility Maintenance Technician will work to keep resident living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detailed oriented and friendly. Responsibilities
  • Assist Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc.
  • Completed work orders from residents and staff
  • Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs
  • Completes special projects as directed
  • Work independently, self starter to identify needs for room turns and have the ability to fix and repair.
  • Assist with resident moves on occasion
Qualifications
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance and/or construction
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in the State
  • Must be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
  • Have a basic knowledge how to use various hand tools, paints, cleaners, machines, etc.
