Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble products or subassemblies according to specifications, blueprints, or work orders.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Package finished products for shipment or storage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and materials used.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Report any quality or safety concerns to supervisors or managers.
• Meet production deadlines and quotas while ensuring high quality.

Skills and Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional certifications or training).
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred, but not always required).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials (lifting requirements may vary depending on the position).

Working Conditions :

• Work may be done in a noisy and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection may be required.
• May require standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods.

Physical Demands :

• Ability to lift and carry materials, typically up to 25-50 lbs (depending on company specifications).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
