This job is located in Warroad, MN. If you're considering relocating to Warroad, you may be eligible for a relocation benefit package to assist with your move. Marvin offers an extensive relocation benefit package that includes the movement of your household goods, temporary housing, and much more – in addition to a relocation counselor to assist you throughout the entire journey.

 

Highlights of your role:

• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Develop production line layouts. Analyze, identify, and resolve production line problems by leading problem solving groups.
• Actively deploy and train lean concepts throughout the organization.
• Investigate quality concerns to determine root cause and prevent quality issues from leaving the facility.  

Compensation: Annually- $81,000-$108,000 You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
• Minimum 1 year of project management and process improvement experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrable creative problem-solving skills
