*POSITION:* LPN or CMA
*LOCATION:* Elizabethtown, Kentucky
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* LPN or CMA
* ability to drive a class B RV preferred (clean driving record required)
*RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING:*
* assess patient needs, perform interventions, provide referrals
* document patient interactions and provider orders
* manage control logs, task checklists, and supplies (medical, drug screens)
* keep medications, equipment, and other supplies up-to-date
* set up medical equipment and perform controls
* facilitate telehealth appointments
* assist the provider in physical assessments using MedWand equipment
* phlebotomy, treatments, injections
* run KASPER reports
* encourage patients in their journey to better health, wellness, medication usage, and life choices
* assist in tracking and coordinating data
*SHIFT: *Monday-Friday, 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M.
