We are seeking a highly motivated Network Engineer to join our dynamic team and work on exciting projects with top clients. As part of the process, our team will provide optional training and support as we market your profile and secure your placement at leading client locations. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Perform network analysis and use diagnostic tools to resolve connectivity issues. Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS , and other security measures. Manage and maintain network performance monitoring tools and prepare reports on network health. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand network needs and ensure network design supports business goals. Implement network changes, updates, and enhancements with minimal downtime. Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Skills & Qualifications: Routing & Switching: Expertise in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching protocols ( VLANs, STP ). Protocols: Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, FTP, SMTP , and other common networking protocols. Wireless Networks: Experience with wireless network design, configuration, and troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, 802.11 standards). Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proficiency with tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG, and NetFlow for network monitoring, traffic analysis, and troubleshooting. Bandwidth Management: Understanding of QoS (Quality of Service), traffic shaping, and bandwidth optimization. VPN Technologies: Strong experience with VPN tunneling protocols such as IPsec, L2TP, and SSL VPNs. Network Hardware: Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista , and other network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) .
