Job Title: Plumber Residential & Light Commercial

Location: Pheonix, AZ
Compensation: $25 - $38 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumber to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems for both residential and light commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plumbing Services: Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, sewer lines, gas lines, and plumbing fixtures.
• Customer Service: Provide a professional and friendly experience, explaining services and solutions clearly to homeowners and business clients.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal plumbing codes. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Equipment & Tools: Properly use and maintain all tools, materials, and equipment required for plumbing repairs and installations.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours and weekends as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside apprentices, technicians, and office staff to coordinate service calls and ensure efficiency.
• Vehicle & Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and stocked service vehicle, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are readily available.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 2+ years of plumbing experience in residential and/or light commercial services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Preferred:

• Experience in customer service or sales within the home services industry.
• Familiarity with plumbing software for scheduling and invoicing.
• Knowledge of water filtration systems, sewer camera inspections, or trenchless repairs.
