What you'll do:
Lead product discovery with a variety of methods such as interviews, surveys, concepts tests, quantitative experiments, etc.
Define product requirements and frame problems in a way that empowers designers, engineers, marketing and sales to work on a solution
Challenge the status quo as we create wonders in this old and traditional industry
Set and analyze metrics for evaluating product performance, measuring experiments, and answering business questions
Make decisions on priorities of product backlog by short term and long term impacts
Define and refine the MVP to ensure that we ship extremely fast in order to advance Zeitro’s competitive advantage
About you; what you have:
Ideally 2+ years product management experience with a software product
Experience building new features or products from inception
High degree of user empathy and product sense
Excellent communication and ability to influence
Data and metric driven for making decisions
Experience in translating complex business issues into clear goals and product requirements
Strong personal agency and owner mentality
Ability to make strategic decisions when faced with ambiguity
