Job Description

Well-established and busy semiconductor equipment manufacturer seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team in the Atlanta, GA area. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, and recent experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures on-time equipment shipment and delivery to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Manages and oversees multiple, complex projects.
• Provides leadership and direction to the technicians so that tasks and activities are coordinated for
• project scope control and quality control.
• Facilitates project meetings.
• Creates and manages refurbishment documentation with technicians.
• Generate a production schedule/production plan from sales forecasting.

Requirements:

• Should have (or experience equal to): a BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering or Semiconductor related field.
• At least 3 years semiconductor experience in manufacturing, organization, preferably using machinery and computerized manufacturing equipment.
• Understanding of production scheduling, safety, team building and management.

This is a direct-hire, long term career opportunity with a stable and growing organization, the starting base pay range is $70K-$80K (doe) plus benefits and incentives.
