What You'll Do:
Lead and Manage a variety of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and Maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and scope documents.
Collaborate Closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Proactively Identify and Resolve any potential challenges or roadblocks.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (registration preferred).
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong focus on healthcare projects.
At least 5 years of experience managing healthcare projects.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build strong client relationships, and effectively communicate complex information.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
