Job Title: Project Manager (Remote, EST Hours) We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee small to medium-sized projects (1-6 months duration) with minimal supervision. Develop project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives. Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with business objectives. Conduct regular status meetings, manage prioritization, and escalate risks as necessary. Utilize project management tools and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 6+ years of relevant experience. Experience: Minimum 2 years in project management , preferably within networking (e.g., SD-WAN, firewalls, switches). Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cloud technologies or working within an MSP. PMP or CAPM certification. Familiarity with Salesforce and Project Insight .
