About the Role:

Join our team as a Proposal Writer to support sales
initiatives across all Yardi offices, including our subsidiaries. In this role,
you will craft compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and
Requests for Information (RFIs) from both prospective and existing clients
under the guidance of department management. Your expertise will extend to
developing essential sales collateral such as white papers, product
descriptions, and documents addressing clarifications, final offers, and
statements of work. You will also create supporting materials for the sales
process, including pricing proposals and meeting documents. This position
offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in our sales success,
contributing directly to Yardi's growth and client engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Research, write, and deliver proposals and associated
  documentation within stated deadlines.
• Proofread and edit RFP/RFI responses for thoroughness,
  consistency, and accuracy.
• Coordinate all aspects of the proposal writing process,
  including scheduling meetings, driving deadlines, and developing strategies for
  successful sales proposals.
• Work closely with Sales, Admin, Legal, Development, and
  Client Services to provide accurate, complete, and competitive responses to
  RFPs/RFIs.
• Closely follow established department guidelines in writing,
  revising, and editing proposals
• Solicit document reviews from senior-level management.
• Work with subject matter experts to write and coordinate
  product collateral.
• Print, bind, and package proposals in-house or work with
  vendors to print, bind, and package proposals for delivery.
• Assist Manager in establishing project schedules and
  maintaining proposal boilerplate material and proposal records in Microsoft
  SharePoint.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education
  and experience.
• Two (2) years of writing experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and desktop publishing
  software.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to organize and present both technical and
  non-technical material in an attractive, easy-to-read format within department
  guidelines for consistency.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written channels).
• Detail-oriented in writing, editing, and project management.
• Comfortable using templates and working within style
  guidelines.
• Exceptional project and time management skills, including
  the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, research, and analytical skills.
• Resourceful and creative problem solving.
• Sales-oriented outlook.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with
  others.
• Ability to work in a high-traffic, deadline-oriented
  environment.
• Positive and professional work attitude.

• Experience in the real estate industry
• Experience in enterprise software.
