Our client, a dynamic player in the retail industry, is seeking a Secret Shopper to join their team. As a Secret Shopper, you will be part of a crucial initiative supporting quality assurance and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Secret Shopper

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Pay Range: $19/hourly

Mileage reimbursement at 55 cents per mile

What's the Job?

• Drive to various gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores to conduct evaluations.
• Engage with clerks to assess compliance with age verification for alcohol, vape, or cigarette sales.
• Determine and assign a red or green card based on whether the clerk requests identification.
• Document findings and provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage for reimbursement purposes.

What's Needed?

• Must be between the ages of 21-25 to be considered for the position.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with retail staff.
• Willingness to travel within the designated area.
