Anticipated Pay Range:$100,000.00 - $125,000.00/ annual salary
Pay Range Information:Chapman University is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Salary offers are determined based on the final candidates qualifications and experience, as well as internal equity and other internal factors. The anticipated pay range is not a promise of a particular wage.
Job Description Summary:Under the general supervision of the Director of Equal Opportunity, the incumbent is responsible for assisting with initial response and investigation of complaints of gender discrimination, including sexual harassment, sexual violence, and other prohibited conduct including employee relations concerns. The incumbent will work closely with University policies for Equal Opportunity matters filed by the University community. When a complaint is filed, the incumbent will conduct a prompt and thorough review/investigation. The incumbent acts as a neutral party in the review/investigation and provides a detailed, unbiased reports to the Director of Equal Opportunity.
