Your role as a Skid Steer Operator

• Operating various types of equipment to assist in the efficient loading and unloading of products.
• Performing routine inspections of equipment to maintain optimal performance and safety standards.
• Assist in keeping the work area clean and organized, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
• Strong attention to detail is essential for safely handling equipment.
• Excellent communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with team members and ensure smooth operations.
• A solid understanding of safety protocols is crucial, as you will be responsible for maintaining a safe workspace.
• Physical stamina and strength are important, as the role involves lifting to 80 lbs and operating equipment throughout the day.
• Adaptability is key, as you'll often encounter new challenges that require quick thinking and problem-solving.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a DOT physical.
• Self-motivated and leadership skills are a plus!
