Salary: $100,000 - $165,000 per year

We are looking to add a superintendent to our team to support a growing backlog of work. The first project will be a large out of the ground multifamily project that aims for LEED Gold. Job Details
Minimum of 7+ years of construction experience.
Strong leadership characteristics and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, negotiation, and knowledge of local trades preferred.
Experience in ground up Multifamily a plus!
Experience running large projects 30M+ out of the ground
