You’ll partner with company leaders to identify training needs, design course content, and measure the success of various learning initiatives. With new systems and tools constantly being introduced, you’ll help ensure that our teams are fully equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to drive success.

Our Training Specialist Will

• Equip employees with skills that drive business success and personal growth
• Foster interactive, engaging curriculum to boost motivation and confidence
• Measure success and adapt training to stay current with trends, tools and business goals

What We Need You to Lead

• Develop programs and curriculum for various teams and team members to support orientation and ongoing job training – from internal tools and system to client facing products
• Determine the existing state of knowledge in the organization and the skills team members needs to achieve their goals
• Create custom training content to align with the company’s goals course materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and handouts
• Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
• Use various teaching methods (lectures, role-playing, case studies, group discussions) to engage employees
• Offer one-on-one coaching when necessary
• Develop a goal-oriented and accomplishment focused reward structure
• Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification as needed

You Also Need

• 3-5 years of experience in training, teaching, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Inspiring leadership abilities with adaptability to foster individual success
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Creative problem-solving skills to address contemporary learning needs
• Experience in curriculum development or previous training roles
• Proficiency with modern technology and training tools
• A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement
• Ability to strategize and solve unique challenges
• Self-motivated, persistent, with the ability to prioritize workloads
