Mission Valley Veterinary Clinic is looking to welcome an Associate DVM to our growing, multi-doctor practice in Fremont, California.
Experience and qualifications: We're open to veterinarians of all experience levels, including recent graduates. We have always focused on growth and our current doctors love to teach and welcome learning opportunities, regardless of skill level. Top consideration will be given to veterinarians who are passionate about vetmed, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy team collaboration.Must be licensed (or able to become licensed) in California for consideration.
Scheduling and typical workflow: This is a full-time or part-time role. We're also open to relief coverage. There are no on-call or after hour emergency responsibilities in this role. Our most common procedures include spays, neuters, and mass removals and we have a large focus on dentistry (typically having more dentals than surgeries each day). We utilize iso and sevo, will only perform surgery on established clients, and heavily rely on our RVTs during anesthetic procedures. We also have great relationships with board certified surgeons and have them available as a resource for any on-call, specialized or advanced procedures and consultations.
