Our client, a leader in the food industry, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Warehouse Associates and Leads. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to team development, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Location: Philadelphia, PA

What's the Job?

• Lead and develop a team of Warehouse Associates to meet departmental and site goals related to safety, culture, costs, performance, and quality.
• Ensure operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and values-based leadership.
• Monitor and implement continuous process improvement best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Schedule shifts effectively to align with volume and operational hours.
• Communicate cross-functionally to ensure production is done in an efficient and safe manner.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of fulfillment/distribution experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role supervising diverse teams.
• Proven record of leading teams to hit key KPIs and metrics for the operation.
• Ability to navigate technology including WMS system functionality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
