Job Description

RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, a family owned commercial real estate private equity firm with over 3,400 multifamily units and 550,000 SF of office, primarily located in Southern California, is looking to add a talented Transaction Coordinator to join their growing team in Los Angeles, CA .

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Acquisitions, Sales & Refinancing: Coordinate real estate transactions by working with brokers, lenders, and vendors. Manage transaction-related documents, track key deadlines, and ensure compliance with legal and industry standards. Assist in reviewing purchase agreements, title reports, and closing statements. Schedule inspections and meetings while keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Lender Compliance & Operations: Organize lender inspections, maintain loan requirements, and arrange necessary repairs. Assist in renewing DBAs and developing marketing strategies to enhance property value. Prepare budgets, track asset performance, and implement social media and traditional marketing campaigns.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Insurance & Property Management: Assist in processing insurance claims. Support the commercial property supervisor in managing a large commercial portfolio, tracking lease renewals, overseeing rent collection, and supervising service providers. Analyze market trends and financial reports to optimize property management strategies.
  • Other Duties & Qualifications: Handle special projects as assigned. Requires experience with real estate transactions, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, and Yardi Voyager. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential. Proficiency in Office 365 and a professional, detail-oriented approach are required.

Compensation: $90K - $110K Base DOE
